Sales Engineer / Account Manager (IT)


Job summary

Focus on IT verticals and achieve targeted sales revenue and growth goals for the territory. Responsibility includes increasing share of served and available opportunity as well as over top competitors.

Responsibilities

Focus on select IT verticals and channels to achieve targeted sales revenue and growth goals for the territory.
Drive new business opportunities in business network applications while maintaining and growing share and revenue in core businesses of Enterprise Networking solutions.
Focus on opportunities in the SME, Corporate, Government and BFSI segments.
Responsibility includes increasing share of served and available opportunity as well as over top competitors.
Deploy sales programs focused on distinct products and market segments with clear revenue and sales objectives.

Requirements (education, experience, skills required):

Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in working with SME, Corporate, Government in selling IT / Networking hard-ware solutions.
Knowledge of Australia market, and relationships with customer base a PLUS
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills with customer orientation
IT literacy
Result-oriented, Extrovert, with good attitude and a pleasant appearance
Class 3 license and own a car

Responsibilities:

Responsible for meeting sales targets, develop the customer base as well as fostering the relationships between customers and the company

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
Experience in working with consultants, government bodies and end-users (banks, insurance, industry)
Experience in selling power solutions or computer room equipment will be an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer orientation
Resourceful and proactive
Result-oriented
Extrovert, with good attitude and a pleasant appearance

Service Engineers

Responsibilities:

Responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining and providing application support on power electronics equipment at customers’ sites, both local and overseas

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
Preferably 1 year’s experience in servicing and ability to troubleshoot down to component level
Enthusiastic fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Resourceful and proactive
Ability to work independently
Willing to work overtime
Knowledge of general computer, hardware and software applications will be an added advantage
